Velourne does not operate on a fully automated booking flow. Every arrangement starts when someone from our team reads your enquiry and considers what the occasion actually requires. From there, we confirm vehicle availability, driver assignment, and any specific details before sending a written confirmation.
This takes a little more time than an instant checkout. In return, you know before the day arrives that someone has actually thought about your arrangement — not just processed it.

We review and respond
Within one business day, a Velourne team member responds with options, pricing confirmation, and any questions needed to finalise the arrangement.
Arrangement confirmed in writing
Once agreed, you receive a written confirmation with all details — vehicle type, driver information, timing, and pricing including GST note.
We handle the day
The vehicle arrives prepared and on time. You focus on the occasion itself — we have already managed the logistics.
