Velourne began in 2017 with a single, uncomplicated idea: that moving through a city like Singapore should feel as composed as the destination itself. Our founders โ both with backgrounds in hospitality and fleet management โ saw a gap between the impersonal nature of standard car hire and the personalised attention that discerning clients genuinely wanted.
We started with three vehicles and a focus on quality over volume. Today, our fleet is larger and our range of arrangements broader, but the underlying approach has not changed: every booking receives personal attention, every vehicle is prepared to the same standard, and every client is treated as someone whose time and comfort genuinely matters.
We operate from Raffles Boulevard and serve clients across Singapore โ visiting professionals, families marking a milestone, couples celebrating an anniversary, and businesses coordinating an important occasion. The common thread is a preference for something arranged thoughtfully rather than just booked.

Fleet Preparation Protocol
Each vehicle is inspected, cleaned, and confirmed mechanically sound before every arrangement. We do not dispatch a car that has not passed our internal readiness check.
Driver Accreditation
All Velourne chauffeurs hold valid Singapore vocational licences, carry clean driving records, and complete an internal onboarding process before accompanying clients.
Comprehensive Insurance
All arrangements are covered by appropriate commercial vehicle insurance. Clients receive documentation on request, and coverage specifics are included in every booking confirmation.
Client Privacy
We do not discuss client details with third parties. Bookings, itineraries, and personal information are handled confidentially by our team and are not shared beyond what is necessary.
24-Hour Support Line
For weekend rentals and multi-vehicle occasions, a Velourne contact is reachable around the clock. If something needs attention, we respond โ not a third-party call centre.
Sustainable Fleet Choices
Our fleet includes hybrid models as part of an ongoing shift toward lower-emission options. When a client's preference aligns with availability, we will suggest the hybrid alternative.

Velourne operates at the intersection of careful fleet management and personal service. Our drivers know Singapore's neighbourhoods โ from the financial district to the quieter residential areas of Buona Vista and Katong. We work with clients who value having things handled properly: a company director arriving for a board meeting, a family gathering at Gardens by the Bay, or a couple celebrating a meaningful anniversary.
What sets our approach apart is the absence of automated systems where they don't belong. Booking enquiries are reviewed by a person. Occasion fleets are coordinated directly with the client. Vehicle selection is a conversation, not a dropdown menu. This is how we have built long-standing relationships with clients who return each time an occasion calls for it.
