These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Velourne's services and website. By engaging our services, making a booking, or browsing this site, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these terms. If any part of these terms is unclear, please contact us before proceeding.

1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:
- "Velourne" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" — refers to Velourne, a vehicle experience provider registered and operating in Singapore, with offices at 9 Raffles Boulevard, #02-17, Singapore 039596.
- "Service" / "Services" — refers to any vehicle experience, rental, chauffeur arrangement, or fleet coordination provided by Velourne, as described on this website and in booking confirmations.
- "Client" / "User" / "You" — any individual or organisation that browses this website, makes an enquiry, or books any Service from Velourne.
- "Booking" — a confirmed reservation for one or more Services, evidenced by written confirmation from Velourne.
- "Content" — all text, images, vehicle descriptions, pricing, and other material published on this website.
- "Agreement" — the contract formed between Velourne and the Client upon confirmation of a Booking, incorporating these Terms and Conditions.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or engaging Velourne's Services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age and hold legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Singapore law.
- Where booking on behalf of a company or organisation, you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
- You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
- You accept that these terms may be updated from time to time and agree to check for revisions before placing new bookings.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services and contact us to discuss your concerns.
3. Service Description
Velourne provides curated vehicle experiences in Singapore, including but not limited to:
- City Concierge Drive — chauffeur-driven half-day arrangements up to 5 hours within Singapore.
- Weekend Retreat Rental — self-drive vehicle rental from Friday evening to Sunday night, with delivery and collection.
- Occasion Fleet Arrangement — coordinated multi-vehicle fleet services for weddings, corporate events, and celebrations.
Service availability is subject to fleet condition, driver availability, and advance booking requirements. Velourne reserves the right to substitute an equivalent or superior vehicle in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Geographic availability is limited to Singapore and does not extend to cross-border arrangements unless separately agreed in writing.
All prices published on this website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and exclude prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise indicated.
4. Bookings & Reservations
4.1 Making a Booking
Bookings may be submitted via the contact form on this website, by telephone, or by email. A booking is only confirmed once Velourne has issued written confirmation, which typically occurs within two business days of receipt of your enquiry and any required deposit.
4.2 Deposits
A deposit of 30% of the total booking value is required to secure a reservation. The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before the scheduled commencement of the Service. For Occasion Fleet Arrangements, payment terms may differ and will be communicated at the time of enquiry.
4.3 Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the service date: full refund of deposit.
- Cancellations made 3–7 days before the service date: 50% of the deposit is retained.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours: no refund of deposit. Full balance remains due if cancellation occurs after payment.
- For Occasion Fleet Arrangements, specific cancellation terms will be provided at the time of quotation.
4.4 Amendments
Amendments to confirmed bookings (changes to date, time, duration, or vehicle) are accommodated where possible, subject to availability. Please contact us as early as possible. Additional charges may apply for amendments requiring extended service periods or fleet changes.
5. User Responsibilities
5.1 General Conduct
Clients are expected to use Velourne's services in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with the nature of the experience offered. Our team and drivers are entitled to a professional and courteous environment at all times.
5.2 Driver Requirements (Self-Drive)
For Weekend Retreat Rental and any self-drive services, the primary driver must hold a valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 3A driving licence (or an International Driving Permit recognised in Singapore), be at least 25 years of age, and have held a licence for a minimum of 2 years. All drivers must be declared at the time of booking.
5.3 Vehicle Care
The Client accepts responsibility for returning the vehicle in the same condition in which it was received, fair wear excepted. Smoking is not permitted in any Velourne vehicle. Pets must be declared in advance. The Client is liable for any damage, soiling, or modification not covered by the included insurance, as assessed by Velourne upon return.
5.4 Prohibited Activities
- Operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances.
- Using a Velourne vehicle for commercial hire, ridesharing, or sub-letting.
- Driving outside Singapore without prior written consent.
- Carrying any illegal substances or items.
- Exceeding passenger capacity or load limits specified for the vehicle.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including the Velourne name, logo, service descriptions, vehicle photography, design elements, and written material — is the property of Velourne and is protected under applicable Singapore intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, or adaptation of any material without prior written consent from Velourne.
Any enquiries, feedback, or suggestions you submit to Velourne may be used at our discretion without any obligation to compensate or attribute the sender.
7. Payment Terms
7.1 Accepted Methods
Velourne accepts payment via bank transfer (FAST/PayNow), major credit and debit cards, and corporate invoicing arrangements for pre-approved clients. All payments are processed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
7.2 Pricing
Published prices are indicative and subject to change. The price confirmed in your written booking confirmation is the binding price for your arrangement. Additional charges may apply for extended duration, out-of-hours collection or return, or supplementary services requested after booking.
7.3 Taxes
All prices are subject to prevailing GST as required by Singapore law. GST will be itemised on invoices where applicable.
7.4 Refunds
Refunds are processed in accordance with the cancellation policy in Section 4.3. Where a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Velourne does not accept liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
8. Service-Specific Terms
8.1 City Concierge Drive
The service duration is up to 5 hours from the scheduled pick-up time. Extensions are available at an hourly rate and must be agreed with your driver and confirmed by Velourne during the service. The route is agreed at the start of the arrangement and may be adjusted by mutual consent. Delays caused by traffic, weather, or client schedule changes do not extend the service duration.
8.2 Weekend Retreat Rental
The vehicle is delivered to the Client's specified address on Friday from 6:00 PM and must be returned by Sunday 9:00 PM. Late return is subject to a late fee of SGD 150 per hour or part thereof. The Client must inspect the vehicle upon delivery and report any pre-existing marks or issues to the Velourne concierge line before commencing use. Insurance excess applicable in the event of a claim is SGD 3,000 unless a reduced excess option has been selected.
8.3 Occasion Fleet Arrangement
Fleet arrangements require a minimum of 14 days' advance notice for standard requests and 21 days for events requiring four or more vehicles. Velourne will provide a written service brief confirming vehicle specifications, driver assignments, timing, and routing at least 5 days before the event. Changes requested within 48 hours of the event are accommodated subject to feasibility and may attract additional charges.
9. Disclaimers
Velourne's services are provided in good faith and with reasonable care. However, we do not warrant that:
- Any specific vehicle model or configuration will be available at the time of service.
- Services will be unaffected by road conditions, weather, regulatory restrictions, or other circumstances outside Velourne's control.
- This website will be available without interruption or free from errors.
Any advice, suggestions, or route recommendations provided by our team or chauffeurs are offered in good faith and do not constitute professional legal, financial, or travel advice.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by Velourne's negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Singapore law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Velourne's total liability to any Client for claims arising from any single service or booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for that specific booking.
Velourne is not liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including loss of profit or business opportunity.
- Loss of personal items left in or forgotten in any Velourne vehicle.
- Delays or service interruptions caused by factors outside Velourne's reasonable control, including traffic, road closures, severe weather, or civil disruption.
- Third-party services or suppliers referenced or recommended by Velourne.
The Client is solely responsible for ensuring adequate personal travel insurance where relevant.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Velourne, its team members, contractors, and representatives from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- Your use of Velourne's services in a manner not authorised by these terms.
- Damage caused to a vehicle during a self-drive rental that falls outside covered insurance provisions.
- Any third-party claim arising from your conduct during a Velourne service.
12. Termination
Velourne may terminate or refuse service to any Client at its reasonable discretion, including in circumstances where:
- The Client has materially breached these Terms and Conditions.
- Payment obligations have not been met.
- The safety or wellbeing of Velourne staff or third parties is at risk.
In the event Velourne terminates a booking for reasons within the Client's control, any prepaid amounts shall be treated in accordance with the cancellation policy in Section 4.3.
Sections relating to intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive any termination of the Agreement.
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our services.
13.2 Informal Resolution
Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact Velourne in writing at legal@velournes and allow us 30 days to attempt to resolve the matter informally. We take feedback and concerns seriously and aim to address all issues with care and promptness.
13.3 Mediation
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, either party may request mediation administered by the Singapore Mediation Centre before commencing court proceedings. Both parties agree to participate in good faith in any such mediation.
14. General Provisions
14.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with the written booking confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between the Client and Velourne with respect to the services and supersede all prior discussions or representations.
14.2 Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. All remaining provisions continue in full force.
14.3 No Waiver
Failure by Velourne to enforce any right or provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision in any subsequent situation.
14.4 Assignment
Velourne may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these terms to a successor entity in the event of a business transfer or restructure. The Client may not assign their rights or obligations without Velourne's prior written consent.
14.5 Notices
All formal notices should be sent in writing to Velourne at 9 Raffles Boulevard, #02-17, Singapore 039596 or by email to legal@velournes.
15. Changes to Terms
Velourne reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised and, where appropriate, a notice will be displayed on the website homepage.
Your continued use of our website or services after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page before placing any new booking.
If a change affects a booking already confirmed, the terms in effect at the time of booking confirmation shall apply to that arrangement.
